Our first priority is to safeguard the security of your belongings and that is why our extensive range of security and safety measures are second to none.
Please note that in order to maintain our high standards of store security we require all new storage customers to have their photograph taken by us and to provide proof of identity and address. Your payment for storage at move in must be by credit or debit card. Subsequent months must be paid for by either Debit /Credit card or Direct Debit. We require Credit or Debit card details for all customers
Our safety and security measures include:
Ø Our facility incorporates perimeter security fencing.
Ø Our store is protected by video surveillance inside and outside the building including access areas, lift lobby and storage corridors.
Ø Twin burglar alarm system -The storage centre is protected with a sophisticated 24 hour off-site monitored alarm system. In addition, each storage room is individually alarmed and monitored from our reception.
Ø Our building is equipped with the latest fire and smoke regulation detection systems on every floor.
Ø Our premises are manned by our professional staff during our opening hours, 7 days a week.
Ø Our alarms are monitored by an on call off-site security response team in the event of an emergency.
Ø Your lock your key. Your storage room is protected by your own padlock and only you retain the key.
